Your FAQ

Question: I have bought a property that is empty and unfurnished, why am I not entitled to an exemption even though it’s a long term empty home?

Answer: An exemption is applied to the property irrespective of the owner and can only be applied for a maximum of 6 months on an empty unfurnished property from the date furniture is removed, once this has expired no further exemption can be given. - Related Link
