Your FAQ

Question: Can I come into County Hall and pick up another letter?

Answer: Sorry but we do not have the resources to make up duplicate letters unless it is evident that the original has been delayed or lost in the post. Please ring again on Friday 4 March (22nd April for primary applications) and if you have not received your letter by then, we will send out a duplicate
