Answer: If your application is received and accepted between the 1st of December and 9th August, then provided your application is received in the first week of the month, then your entry will show on the first working day of the following month. If your application is received between 10th August and the end of November, then your entry will show on the 1st December. In the event of an election being called, then your entry will be valid for electoral purposes only, provided that it is received by 5:00pm on the eleventh working day before the day of the poll.
