Question: My neighbour's tree looks dangerous and I'm worried it will fall down. Can Building Control do something to make it safe?

Answer: No. Dangerous trees are not controlled under Building Control legislation. You are advised to contact the Council's Tree Section for further guidance by phoning (01983) 823893 or by e-mailing [email protected].
