Your FAQ

Question: What information do I need to give the provider for Short Breaks services?

Answer: It would be really useful for the provider to know what your child’s key likes and dislikes are. You should mention any health difficulties your child may have and what support they usually require to access school or other activities. If your child needs more time to process questions, this would be helpful to know as well as if your child prefers to sign instead of using language.

It is also important to indicate what support your child needs i.e. whether or not they require help to go to the toilet.
