Question: Why is the site notice in the wrong place / missing?

Answer: As per the Town and Country Planning Act we do not need to put the site notice up on or adjacent to the site. It only has to be in the vicinity of where the proposed development is taking place. If a site notice is missing and it is still within the consultation period please notify us by e-mailing [email protected] or by phoning 01983 823552.
