Swimming Lessons

Service Description: Courses of swimming lessons are run across all three of our swimming pools; Medina, Heights and Waterside and follow a national teaching plan. They are for children aged four and over and cover a range of different abilities ranging from absolute beginners to pre-competition levels. We also run swimming courses for adults, who have never got around to learning to swim or wish to improve. Whatever your age or ability, we have a course that will be of benefit to you.
