Answer: Original Permits MUST not be amended. You can either: Return the original permit by post along with payment of £12 (£10+VAT) for the replacement to Parking Services, PO Box 114, Sandown, IOW, PO36 6BT. Upon receipt of this, the new permit will be issued within 2 working days. Or, you can call into one of the Council's Help Centres at Newport or Ryde with your original permit and payment of £12 (£10+VAT) and a replacement will then be issued.
