Your FAQ

Question: Is it illegal to have ragwort on your land, and what is the Council's policy on ragwort?

Answer: It is not illegal to have ragwort on your land. The Council is able to give advice on control methods and practices, but will not normally become involved in action against ragwort where it is not growing on or affecting land in which the Council has an interest. Further information concerning what action to take against ragwort and the Council's Policy is available on the Council's website. - Related Link
