Question: What is 'behaviour support for schools'?

Answer: The team can support schools with children's behaviour through a range of services:

* One to one consultations with school staff to discuss pupils behaviour, emotional and social difficulties
* Observations and analysis of behaviour within the school environment
* Ofsted behaviour health check
* Focussed training, support and advice for class teachers, teaching assistants and midday supervisory assistants around managing challenging behaviour
* Whole school staff training in areas such as ADHD, behaviour policies, writing Individual Behaviour Plans (IBP) and managing behaviour
