Answer: You must write to the Corporate Information Unit by email at [email protected], or by post to Legal Services, County Hall, High Street, Newport, IW PO30 1UD. You will need to provide your name and address together with the names of the departments whose information you wish to access and any other details that will assist with identifying relevant information. A £10 fee applies to all requests, and you will need to provide identification before any personal data is released.
