Service Description: The Island Insulation Scheme is a scheme to offer free and discounted home insulation to private householders on the Island. The Scheme is being funded by E.ON and is endorsed by the Isle of Wight Council, to provide local residents with confidence in the scheme. Installation is carried out by Mark Group.
