Service Description: THE YOUTH TRUST is a local Isle of Wight independent charity (number 1087163) established in 1984. Since then it has helped over 18,000 young people. It's aim is to support young people up to the age of 25 years on the Isle of Wight, by providing a variety of services which are confidential and free. These include information and advice, counselling, advocacy and a base for a weekly doctor and nurse-led young people’s sexual health clinic.
