Service Description: As of March 31st 2012 Consumer Direct was officially taken over by the Citizens Advice Bureau, and is now called 'Citizens Advice Bureau Consumer Service. They operate in the same way, and continue to offer practical advice on all kinds of consumer issues - from problems with cars to faulty household appliances.
