Service Description: Water Butts are a water-efficient means of collecting and storing rainwater for the purpose of watering garden plants and shrubs. From time to time the Isle of Wight Council work in conjunction with Southern Water to promote the use of this facility by offering Island residents the opportunity to purchase specially subsidised water butts.
