The Governors of Newchurch Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher to secure the high expectations that we have for our pupils and staff.

The successful candidate will be dynamic and forward thinking, having a passion and commitment to lead Newchurch Primary to maintain ‘outstanding’ in all areas.

The successful candidate will have:

• Outstanding teaching skills and a passion for learning; enabling you to demonstrate and lead outstanding practice within school
• The ability to be creative and innovative in leading the curriculum
• Excellent monitoring, evaluation communication and coaching skills
• Experience of leading school improvement across a school
• The enthusiasm to rise to any challenge and be able to motivate and inspire others
• High expectations of themselves and others and the confidence to act on their own initiative as well as contributing to the hard working staff team
