Forest Park Household Waste Recycling Centre

Opening Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays 9.30am to 4.30pm

The site will be closed on a Saturday following a bank holiday, and will open until 7pm of the same weekend instead.

This site has facilities for recycling:

• metals
• vehicle batteries
• garden waste
• fridges and freezers
• cardboard & paper
• glass bottles & jars
• used engine oil
• textiles
• gas bottles
• mobile phones
• books, videos, records & cd’s
• furniture and other items for re-use
• hand tools are also collected at this site, in conjunction with Cowes Rotary Club.

This site also accepts for disposal:

• bulky household waste items
• general household waste

Due to the small size of the site the following are not accepted:

• Tyres,
• Asbestos
• Hazardous household waste.
