Homecare Statements Customer Account Services are also responsible for the issue and collection of the monthly Homecare Statements. Care is provided by Social Services or an external care agency and once a month a statement is sent to clients detailing the care provided and the subsequent charge.
The type of care administered varies, a helper can simply tuck a client in at night, attend to personal care requirements, or assist with house-work and the shopping. Timesheets are completed showing how much care any particular client has received and from these the statements are produced. We are able to provide the statements in different formats from large type for clients with sight problems to audio cassette where necessary.
Payment methods also vary. Homecare Statements can be paid the
same way as any other invoice received from Customer Accounts including Direct Debit and via the Internet. Any queries with a Homecare Statement should be directed in the first instance to:
