The following training is funded through Aiming High for Disabled Children and this aims to support and create a sustainable and skilled short break workforce.

This training is focused on three areas:
  • Improving the core skills of short break workers in line with the standards set by the CWDC (Children’s Development Workforce Council)
  • Supporting everyone who provides a sporting or leisure opportunity to be more inclusive in their practice
  • Specialist training in key areas
