To consider the scoping documents in relation to the following proposed enquiries:

(b)               Development Control – Speed of Determination of Minor and Major Applications SC/02/06 (Paper C)

 

(c)               Planning Gains and Obligations SC/03/06 (Paper D)

 

(d)               Availability of Affordable Housing SC/04/06 (Paper E)

 

4.                  BUDGET

 

To consider the budget approved by Full Council on 22 February 2006 (Paper to be tabled on the day).

 

5.                  AIM HIGH

 

To consider the progress being made with Annex 3 of Aim High – Change Plan Timeline – September 2005 to April 2006. (Paper F)

 

6.         FORWARD PLAN

 

To review the Forward Plan for the period March 2006 to August 2006.  The updated Forward Plan will be published on Thursday, 16 February 2006 and a copy will be despatched to Members at that time.  (Paper G)
