6.                  BUDGET AND COUNCIL TAX SETTING – 2007/08

 

To consider the Council’s revenue and capital budget for 2007-08.  Recommendations from the Cabinet meeting held immediately before this meeting will be circulated at the meeting. The report to be considered by the Cabinet is attached for information (Paper C). 

 

[It is likely that the Chairman will invite the Council to suspend Procedure Rule No 15(4) to allow the Leaders of each of the Political Group to speak for a longer period during the debate on the Budget.]
