5. REPORT OF THE CABINET MEMBER FOR CARE, HEALTH AND HOUSING

Housing Investment Plan 2006 – To approve the spending plans outlined that underpin the Council’s delivery of affordable housing and housing renewal programme (Paper B).

School Exclusion Centre Policy Commission Blue Paper – To agree the recommendations of the Policy Commission for Children and School Results, for pupils with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties who are excluded or at risk of exclusion from schools (Paper C).

The Isle of Wight Children and Young People’s Plan 2006 – 2009 – To adopt the final version of the Isle of Wight Children and Young People’s Plan 2006 - 2009 under the Isle of Wight Council’s Policy Framework (Paper D).

8. REPORT OF THE CABINET MEMBER FOR ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPORT AND PLANNING

An Action Plan for Renewable Energy - To agree an action plan to promote the generation of renewable energy from systems which are appropriate to the intimate scale of the Island’s landscape (Paper E).

Cabinet Members to identify decisions which need to be amended, added to, or removed within the Forward Plan (Circulated Separately).
