The purpose of the meeting will be:
	1.	Declarations of interest.
	2.	To invite the committee to note and authorise the Chairman to sign: a) the minutes of Adult and Community Services Select Committee 28 April 2005; Children’s Services Select Committee 21 April 2005; Economic Development, Planning, Tourism and Leisure Services Select Committee 1 April 2005; Environment and Transport Select Committee 8 April 2005; Fire and Public Safety Select Committee 19 April 2005 and Resources Select Committee 7 April 2005 (Paper A attached – Please note that the full text of the minutes can be accessed via the following link: http://www.iow.gov.uk//overview_and_scrutiny/draftmin.asp) b)that the Work Programme (Agenda item 6 - Paper E attached) will deal with all outstanding or partially completed lines of enquiry.
	3.	To agree the scoping document SC/01/05 and receive a report from the Strategic Director of Environment Services on the development of St Mary’s Road Car Park (Paper B attached).
	4.	To agree the scoping document SC/04/05 and be advised by the Chief Financial Officer about the key actions and timeframe for the 2006/07 budget process (Paper C attached).
	5.	To agree the scoping document SC/03/05 and receive a report from Cllr Patrick Joyce, Cabinet Member for Children, on the decision taken at Cabinet on 7 June 2005 (Paper D attached)
	6.	To consider the report of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services regarding this Committee’s work programme and the method of prioritisation (Paper E attached).
	7.	Public and Member Question Time.
