consultation and the current position in negotiations with developers. To make recommendations to the Cabinet Member for
Economy, Regeneration, Tourism and Leisure as to whether the project
continues to satisfy policy objectives, whether there are alternative options
which could be pursued taking into account the implications for the Council. |

further work and resources are required to complete the project as a priority
or if sufficient information is available to determine an alternative course
of action. |

public confidence in the delivery of a decision on the development proposal. · To recommend to the Cabinet Members for Resources and Economy, Regeneration, Tourism and Leisure a course of action which can be considered by the Cabinet for decision. |
