Your FAQ

Question: How long will a child’s name remain on the C.P. Register?

Answer: After the initial case conference, a follow up conference will be held within three months, and thereafter within six month periods. Each conference must be satisfied that the child remains at risk of significant harm, otherwise, the child’s name will be removed from the register.
