To approve that the dates for the meetings of the Tourism Partnership, for the year 2003, be as follows:

Tuesday, 17 June 2003

Tuesday, 30 September 2003

Tuesday, 9 December 2003 (and AGM)

These will all commence at 2.00 pm, with the exception of the meeting scheduled for the 9 December 2003, which will take place at 2.15 pm or on completion of the Annual General Meeting, and will all take place in the Council Chamber, County Hall, Newport.
