To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Sub Committee held on 15 November 2002 – as circulated to the Standards Committee on 26 November 2002.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda

3. MEMBER ATTENDANCE RECORDS

To agree the attached draft Categories for Absence, Member Attendance Summary Sheet and Job Profiles (Paper A, Paper B and Paper C respectively).

Members Job Profiles will be subject to consultation with all Members during January. Although some preliminary consultation has already been undertaken with the Leaders of the Groups, the Deputy Leader and the Chairman of the Co-ordinating Committee. Attached at Paper D are the comments from the main Opposition Group any further comments received will be reported to the meeting.
