To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

To enable a full reply to be given at the meeting, the question must be delivered in writing or by electronic mail to the Committee Administrator no later than 9.30 am on Tuesday, 20 June 2006. To review the Forward Plan for the period June 2006 to January 2007 and consider any items that may need to be added to the Scrutiny Committee’s work plan (Paper D)
