To agree the notes of evidence arising at the meeting held on 14 July 2005.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. DECRIMINALISED PARKING (Saf1/05)

(a) To receive a briefing on Decriminalisation of Parking Enforcement (DPE) from Mr Norman Downie of RTA Associates (Paper B).

(b) To hear representations from UNISON with respect to concerns over the potential implications of DPE for staff (Paper C)
