To agree the scoping documents to initiate the following enquiries:

(a) CCTV Strategy (Fixed & Mobile) – Saf1/06 (Paper B)

(b) Community Restorative Justice – Saf2/06 (Paper C)

(d) Neighbourhood Approaches to Road Safety (Paper E)
