The purpose of the meeting will be:-

 

1.

To consider a scoping document, C6/05 and background papers relating to Special Educational Needs and Statementing Processes. Paper A attached

 

 

2.

To consider initial recommendations regarding School Improvements. Paper B attached

 

3.

To agree the scoping documents for each of the Commission’s initial enquiries.

d.   Parenting Orders C4/05 Paper F attached

To hear evidence in relation to the enquiry relating to the Schools Improvement Programme C1/05 from :-

 

(a)   the Council’s Head of Learning Effectiveness – Mr K Simmonds

(b)   a representative of Standards Not Tiers Paper H attached
