To consider the report of the Strategic Director of Children’s Services.

4. THE DRAFT ISLE OF WIGHT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE’S PLAN 2006-2009

To consider an oral report on the progress of the consultation process in relation to the draft Plan.

5. JOINT AREA REVIEW – PROGRESS REPORT

To consider an oral report and powerpoint presentation on progress with arrangements connected with the Joint Area Review (JAR).
