To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. PROCUREMENT PART1 E4/06

To receive evidence from Matthew Bridger, Assistant Solicitor, on the Procurement enquiry (Paper B – to follow).

4. HUBS E6/06

To receive evidence from the Chair of the Community Plan Review & Funding Working Group (Ryde Town Management Committee) on the Hubs enquiry.

To receive evidence from David Price, Head of Organisational Development and Maureen Burge, Services Manager, Public Access, on the Hubs enquiry (Paper C plus Appendix).
