Title :              SCRUTINY SESSION ON PROPERTY AND ASSET MANAGEMENT

HEAD OF SELECT COMMITTEE AND BEST VALUE SUPPORT

This scrutiny session has been arranged to offer the Select Committee the opportunity to question the Portfolio Holder and the Property Services Manager on issues concerning property and asset management. The following papers have been appended to this report to provide Members with appropriate background information.
