THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on the 16 December 2003 be confirmed.

Mr A A Taylor declared a personal and prejudicial interest in minute 80 – 2 – Land at and rear of 52 and 54, Wyatts Lane, Cowes

 

Mr A A Taylor declared a personal and prejudicial interest in minute 80 – 3A & 3B – Bowcombe Meadows Business Park, Bowcombe Road, Newport, as he is related to one of the objectors.

No article of any description shall be manufactured, assembled, altered, repaired or stored outside the building(s) hereby approved.  All processes/activities shall be restricted to the existing/approved buildings and no other part of the site edged red on the approved plans shall be used for any commercial/industrial activity whatsoever, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

 

Condition 13 amended to read as follows:

 

No machinery shall be operated, no processes shall be carried out and no deliveries taken at or despatched from the site outside the period between 0600 hours and 2000 hours Mondays to Fridays and 0800 hours and 1300 hours on Saturdays nor at any time on Sundays, or recognised Bank Holidays.

 

Condition 23 amended to read as follows:

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the gradient of the access over the first 10 metres from the edge of the carriageway shall be a maximum of 1 in 50 and shall be constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to work commencing on site.  The alterations to the access road shall be completed prior to the new industrial units hereby approved being brought into use.

 

Additional condition to be added as follows:

 

All vehicular attending the site in connection with the industrial/commercial activities undertaken at the premises shall enter and leave the site over the access road adjacent to the South Western boundary, with access directly on to Bowcombe Road, and no direct access shall be formed from the commercial premises on to Bowcombe farm lane without the prior written consent from the Local Planning Authority
