RESOLVED :

 

THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on 23 March 2004 be confirmed.

 

103.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

 

Interests were declared in the following matters:

           

Mr A A Taylor declared a personal interest in minute 104 – Hillway Annexe, Hillway Road, Bembridge, as the Agents was known to him.

 

Mr D G Williams declared a personal interest in minute 104 – Hillway Annexe, Hillway Road, Bembridge as he knew the father in law of the applicant

Decision:

Approval contrary to officer recommendation

 

Reasons:

Design, height and roof materials used were not considered to be out of character with existing and adjoining dwellings

 

Conditions:

Materials condition to be imposed tin relation to the roof to reduce impact on adjoining dwelling, highways condition to added to increase visibility and condition for boundary wall at front of site to be added

 

Standard conditions to apply in respect of no additional work or dormer windows or extensions
