RESOLVED :
THAT the Minutes of the meeting held on 23 March 2004 be confirmed.

Interests were declared in the following matters:

Taylor declared a personal interest in minute 104 – Hillway Annexe, Hillway
Road, Bembridge, as the Agents was known to him.
