(b) Ethical Audit (Paper C)

(d) Summary of Complaints submitted to the Standards Board for England (Paper E)

(e) Role of Monitoring Officer in Handling a Complaint

Nothing further to report on this at this stage as we are still awaiting the publication of the Regulations by the Government.

(f) Revised Draft Code of Conduct for Councillors and Officers dealing with Planning Matters.

The Development Control Committee are unlikely to be able to consider this matter until the autumn so it is suggested that this item be deferred until after it has been considered by that Committee.
