c) Appeal Against the Decision to Refuse to Licence a Private Hire Mercedes “Vito” for Eight Passengers (Paper B3)

d) Request by an Operator to Display an Executive Style Plate in Place of the Council’s Standard Identity Plate (Paper B4)
