1.        MINUTES - PAPER A - To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 28 January 2003.

 

2.        DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST - To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

 

3.        PUBLIC QUESTION TIME - To guarantee a full reply at the meeting, the question must be delivered in writing or by electronic mail to the Committee Administrator no later than 9.30 am on Friday, 13 February 2003. Each question must give the name and address of the questioner. Questions may be asked at the meeting without prior notice but in these circumstances there is no guarantee that a fully reply will be given at the meeting.

 

4.        URGENT BUSINESS - To consider any matters which, in the Chairman's opinion, are urgent.

5.        ACHIEVEMENTS FROM THE ISLE OF WIGHT SOCIAL INCLUSION STRATEGY AND OPTIONS FOR DEVELOPING THE INITIATIVE - PAPER B - To consider the report of the Strategic Director of Education and Community Development

 

6.        KEY STAGE 4 PERFORMANCE TABLES - PAPER C - To consider the report of the Strategic Director of Education and Community Development

 

7.        MEMBERS’ QUESTION TIME - A question must be submitted in writing or by electronic mail to the Committee Administrator no later than 9.30 am on Friday, 14 February 2003.

 

8.        NEXT MEETING - The next scheduled meeting will be held on Monday, 31 March 2003 at 9.30 am at County Hall, Newport. The agenda for that meeting is likely to include the Cultural Strategy.
