To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 28 July 2005 (Paper A).

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

Questions may be asked without notice but to guarantee a full reply at the meeting such questions must be delivered in writing or by electronic mail to Committee Services no later than 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 20 September 2005. Each question must give the name and address of the questioner.

4. URGENT BUSINESS

To consider any matters which, in the Chairman's opinion, are urgent.

5. STATEMENT OF INTERNAL CONTROL 2004-2005

To consider the report of the Chief Financial Officer on the Statement of Internal Control. (Paper B)

6. INTERNAL AUDIT PROGRESS REPORT

To consider the report from the Chief Internal Auditor on progress since the last report to the Audit Committee, and to consider the additional information requested by Full Council on 29 July 2005. (Paper C)

7. MEMBERS’ QUESTION TIME

A question must be submitted in writing or by electronic mail to Committee Services no later than 4.00 pm on Wednesday, 21 September 2005.
