Hedgerow Removal Notice
	The Environment Act 1995 The Hedgerows Regulations 1997
	•  It is an offence to remove a hedge covered by the Hedgerow Regulations unless you inform the     Local Planning Authority.  •  Once your Hedgerow Removal Notice has been received, you may be issued with a Hedgerow    Retention Notice. This means that consent for removal has been refused. It is an offence to    remove the hedge. •  The Local Planning Authority should make a decision within six weeks of receiving your application.     If you do not receive a response within 42 days from the date that your form was received by    the Authority then you may remove the hedge. • Further information can be found by clicking here.
