PLEASE NOTE:
1. An Ordnance Survey extract showing the number of tables, chairs and planters required and the overall dimensions of the area.

2. Upon receipt, the proposal will be advertised on a street notice for twenty eight days in order that any representation may be made.

3. If approved, the tables, chairs and planters will be for the sole use of the applicants customers.

4. The equipment must be covered by a (GBP) �5 million public liability insurance. The Council will require proof of this documentation if the application is approved.
