Your appeal
Please note that Government legislation only allows an Appeal Panel to uphold an appeal for admission to Reception and years 1 and 2 if they are satisfied that one or both of two specific circumstances apply. Your appeal, therefore, should set out your reasons as to why you consider that either or both of these two Grounds have not been satisfied:
Please detail your reasons why you believe that the admission of an additional child/children would not breach the infant class size limit, or why you believe that the admission arrangements do not comply with the mandatory requirements of the School Admissions Code and Part 3 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1988 or why you believe they have been incorrectly or impartially applied in your case.

Please detail your reasons why you believe the admission authority's decision to refuse admission is unreasonable based on the circumstances at the time it made that decision.
