Any claims with incident dates after the 1st April 2013 will be the responsibility of Island Roads (Highways PFI project) rather than the Isle of Wight Council and therefore any claims should be sent to them. Island Roads will have a dedicated telephone number to report any highway related faults or incidents and an electronic form to complete online on their website; www.islandroads.com.
Please note: The Island roads form and phone number will not be available until 1st April 2013.
