A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) is issued at the cost of £70 or £50. Payment of £35 or £25 will be accepted if payment is received within 14 days from the date of issue (depending on the level of contravention).

Cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Isle of Wight Council and sent by recorded delivery to Civic Centre, Broadway, Sandown, Isle of Wight PO36 9EA.
Please quote the PCN number and your vehicle registration number for all payments.
Receipts will only be sent if requested.
It is the responsibility of the payer to ensure that payment is received within the appropriate time. The council will not accept responsibility for undelivered or delayed payment.
