Decision taken	An official response is made by the Council to the RES consultation, but the points made in paragraphs 7-11 inclusive are amended by adding reference to increasing low wages.
Reason	To make explicit the currently implicit outcome of improving income for lower earning sections of the workforce, in order to assist driving up wage levels - particularly for low earners on the Island.
