Thank you for meeting with Sally and myself on Wednesday. I hope you found the discussion useful.

In line with our discussions, I attach the outline of the costs for the February element of our work. This reflects the priorities discussed with you and will enable us to provide effective support immediately. This will act as a schedule to the original contract signed between Mouchel Parkman and the Isle of Wight.

In addition, as discussed, I have also developed a schedule covering the work of Strategic Director as supplied by Ian Sandbrook. This schedule covers the period from 1 February 2006 to 31 July 2006.
