SUMMARY/PURPOSE

           

1.            To receive the Blue Paper for the £50 parking permit enquiry from the Policy Commission for Economy, Tourism, Regeneration & Transport.

 

BACKGROUND

 

2.            To deliver a £50 parking permit to residents was a manifesto commitment which the Policy Commission for Economy, Tourism, Regeneration & Transport was tasked with investigating.

9.            To refer the matter back to the Policy Commission for Economy, Tourism, Regeneration & Transport, together with Engineering Services department, and request they carry out further specified work in relation to one of the options or a combination thereof.

 

10.       To refer the matter back to the Policy Commission for Economy, Tourism, Regeneration & Transport and request they carry out further specified work in relation to an option not included in the Blue Paper.

 

11.       To defer any decision on this matter to a future meeting.

 

12.       To do nothing.
