OUTLINE OF ENQUIRY

 

To identify the progress being made by the Aim High Change Management Plan by monitoring on a continuous basis and reporting quarterly.

 

 

REASON FOR ENQUIRY

 

To ensure that there is identifiable progress in meeting the aims, goals and in achieving the measures of success described in the Aim High Change Management Plan.

 

 

PROPOSED OUTCOME/S

 

To identify that there are sufficient resources in place and that actions required, to ensure that the March 2007 targets will be achieved, are underway.
