To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 23 March 2006 (Paper A).

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To invite Members to declare any interest they might have in the matters on the agenda.

3. PUBLIC QUESTION TIME

To enable a full reply to be given at the meeting, the question must be delivered in writing or by electronic mail to the Committee Administrator no later than 9.30 am on Tuesday, 18 April 2006. Each question must give the name and address of the questioner and relate to the items shown on the agenda. Questions may be asked at the meeting without prior notice but in these circumstances there is no guarantee that a fully reply will be given at the meeting.

To consider the scoping documents in relation to the following proposed enquiries :-

5. WIGHTCARE ENQUIRY – SC06-06 – FORMAL EVIDENCE SESSION

To receive formal evidence from Wightcare Home Care Organisers in connection with this enquiry.

6. STRATEGIC PARTNERING – SC07/06 – UPDATE

To be informed of the latest position regarding the business case by the Acting Chief Executive in connection with this enquiry.
